1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or accessing Die With Us ("DWU"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the application.

2. Access Requirements & Battery Gating

DWU is designed specifically for low-battery moments. Attempting to bypass, spoof, or manipulate battery status through root tools, Xposed modules, ADB hooks, or modified APK binaries strictly violates these terms. Our dual-read anti-spoof system will automatically lock accounts detected with tampered values.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not under any circumstances transmit:

• Hate speech, racial slurs, or harassment targeting individuals or groups
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or CSAM material
• Admin or moderator impersonation ("I am the admin", etc.)
• Spam, referral links, phone numbers, or off-platform solicitation
• Malware, exploits, or automated bot messages

4. Progressive Ban & Hardware Blacklisting

DWU enforces a 6-strike progressive punishment model ranging from warnings to temporary suspensions. Severe violations trigger an instant, non-appealable permanent ban that permanently blacklists your SHA-256 hardware device fingerprint in Firestore banned_devices.

DWU is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Lead architect and developer Javed Hussain (https://iamjaved.site/) reserves the right to modify services, enforce moderation decisions, and update safety rules at any time.
